- I don't give refunds
- if you reserved I ask for part of the price or the totality of the price of the order to block the place.
- I have quite a long waiting list. a reservation does not mean that your order will be made in the month!
- from the moment I start your drawing, the waiting time can be estimated on average from 2 weeks to 2 months. (you will therefore have to know how to be patient because you are not alone and I have a life.)
- if you want to stop working with me because you think the time is too long I DO NOT MAKE A REFUND
- I only accept 3 free major modifications on the entire drawing. the other modifications will be charged at the price of 5€ to 10€

You should know that I have fragile health with several illnesses (ophthalmic migraines and severe asthma).
So, I quite frequently have periods of inactivity lasting one to three weeks at a time. I also have very painful periods, so they often all come at once. I apologize in advance. Please be lenient on this.
Because of all my problems, I have a hard time with summer, so I'm generally the least active in summer. I often stay in the dark all day without any electronic devices.
I'm still dedicating my July to artfight! So don't hesitate to come and participate if you're an artist! I'm doing my best to answer everyone.

- I work from Monday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Friday and Wednesday I work only for myself.
- on Sunday I don't draw to enjoy with my boyfriend.
- I have a fragile health so I apologize for my periods of inactivity

- I always take my payments before starting a piece.
- I take paypal and bank transfer.
- I also sometimes accept payment with one or more Steam / Xbox / Switch video games of an amount equivalent to the order if you do not have paypal or simply cannot pay directly.
- I also accept gift cards from: Amazon, Shein etc...
